Privacy Policy

We collect the least we can get away with, we never sell it, and we never show a customer anything about you that you didn't choose to publish.

1. Who's who

If you create pages with Maximum Lite, you control the sign-up information your customers give you — we process it for you. For your own account information, Maximum Lite is the one responsible.

2. What we collect

  • Account: your email, your name, your public business name, and an optional customer support email.
  • Pages: titles, descriptions, dates, prices, capacity, images and the questions you write.
  • Sign-ups: the name and email your customer enters, plus the answers to your questions.
  • Payment metadata: amount, currency, status, our fee, and Stripe's payment and payout references. We never see or store card numbers.
  • Contact messages: the name, email, topic and message you send through the contact form.
  • Technical: basic error and request logs needed to keep the service working and secure.

3. Why we collect it

To run your pages, take payments and pay you out, send receipts and notifications, answer your questions, prevent abuse and fraud, keep required financial records, and understand in aggregate how the product is used.

4. Who processes it for us

  • Stripe — payments, connected accounts and payouts. Stripe handles card data directly under its own privacy policy.
  • Our hosting and database provider — stores your account, pages and sign-ups.
  • Our email provider — delivers receipts, notifications and account emails.

That's the list. We don't sell personal information, we don't share it with advertisers, and we don't run advertising trackers on your pages.

5. What customers can see

A buyer on your page sees your public business name and, only if you add one in Settings, your customer support email. Your private account email is never shown. Other buyers' names, emails and answers are never shown to anyone but you.

6. How long we keep it

Account, page and sign-up records are kept while your account is active. Payment records are kept for as long as financial and tax rules require, usually seven years. Contact messages are kept up to two years. Delete a page and its sign-ups go with it, except records we must keep for payment history.

7. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account. If you're a customer who signed up through someone's page, ask that organiser first — it's their sign-up list — and contact us if they can't help. Marketing emails always have an unsubscribe link; receipts and account emails are part of the service.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage: keeping you signed in, remembering an unpublished draft on your own device, and Stripe's checkout security. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access to your rows is enforced at the database level, and only the account that owns a page can read its sign-ups. Card details never touch our servers. No system is perfect — if something goes wrong that affects you, we'll tell you.

10. Children

Maximum Lite is for adults. Programs often involve minors, so only ask for a child's details when you actually need them, and only with a parent or guardian's involvement.

11. Changes and contact

We'll update the date above when this changes and email you about anything significant. Questions? Fill out the contact form here.
